Before Using the Fax Machine > Registering Destinations in the Address Book
3 Enter the address number.
Press the [▲], [▼] key or numeric keys to enter a particular Address Number (001-250).
Address Number is an ID for a destination.

Register the group.
1 Press the [OK] key.
[Completed.] is displayed and the group is registered.
Editing and Deleting Address Book Entries
Edit and delete the destinations (contacts) you added to the Address Book.

Display the screen.
1 Press the [System Menu/Counter] key.
2 Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Edit Destination].
3 Press the [OK] key.
4 Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Address Book].
5 Press the [OK] key.

Edit or delete the destination.
To edit the destination
1 Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select the destination (contacts) or group to edit.
2 Press the [OK] key.
3 Press the [] or [] key to select the item to change.
